Address Restrictions: Accuracy matters!
This is one time when accuracy plays a big role in our ability to make the delivery without delay. Unfortunately, changes to address information after the order has been routed will result in a $10.00 charge. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to a P.O. Box or APO's.

Signature:
If there is no one available to receive the package, the florist, FedEx® or UPS® will leave the package, without a signature. We suggest sending the arrangement to a workplace or other location where the package will be physically accepted.

Hospital Deliveries:
Hospital Deliveries are carried to the recipient with well-wishes. Please make sure the recipient will not be discharged early. Unfortunately, inability to deliver, due to improper delivery information, will result in a redelivery fee.

Substitutions:
Seasonality and growing conditions may require us to make a substitution in a flower from that which is shown online, however, we will fill the order with as high a quality flower and as close to the pictured color as possible.
